RIGHTS OF THE UNBORN
RIGHTS OF THE UNBORN
As you read this blog be fully aware I am writing this from a layman’s view of the law and the Constitution of the United States of America basically it is in part my views and common sense…let us begin.
The case of Roe V. Wade began in 1971 with the final decision coming in 1973 (43 years old). In this time, we have an estimated 1000 pro-life groups presumably fighting against abortion in one way or another prayer, service, marching and the like. These groups and small satellite groups keep the abortion issue at the fore front never letting the issue die. These selfless men and women are to be commended for their dedication and service.
Any lawyer, politician ETC. who states the Unborn has no constitutional rights is correct that is why they can be aborted per the law. The mother who has all the constitutional rights is protected under the law. What she seeks under the law such as this is my body, my right, my decision cannot go abated for she stands on her constitutional rights. The law made all decisions about the unborn the mother’s and the mother’s alone.
Why we are in the conundrum from past uncertainties of whether the unborn was human given it did not look like a baby, forgetting the process of life and the incubator of the mother’s womb being the place of development set forth by God. Then the argument of the unborn could not live outside the womb and the dissenters fought on these and other issues including, was it life.
Science proved that life begins at conception. However, this did not stop the war against the unborn to be set aside or the abolishing of Roe V. Wade and why is this, the UNBORN HAS NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. Unless the unborn are given their CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS under the law and be protected under the 14 AMENDMENT and ALL rights that govern you and me they will be a WAR IN THE WOMB. Therefore, partial birth abortion came to pass for until the unborn are born they can be MURDERED IN THE WOMB with no consequences that govern our protection against violence and or death.
What is the sticking point the declaration that the unborn is a person in the womb for only if you are a person these rights under the law are afforded you. So, what is a person one definition is a human being regarded as an individual person a living soul. The soul question is answered beautiful in Psalm 51:5 "Indeed, I was born guilty, a sinner when my mother conceived me.” This indicates that the unborn child possesses a sinful, fallen nature at the time of conception (though it does not manifest in actual, personal sins until later; Romans 9:11). Since sin is a spiritual phenomenon, the presence of a sinful nature indicates a spiritual nature and thus a soul, making the child a complete human being from conception. The argument should be a COMPLETE HUMAN BEING IS A PERSON.
Undoubtedly, the opposition to what I write can be challenged in one taking another route in their train of thought and focus of the RIGHTS OF THE MOTHER to supersede the same rights to be given to her UNBORN.
MY COMMENTARY: It is my unwavering faith and conviction unless or until the UNBORN are given their constitutional rights under the law as us, there will be a WAR IN THE WOMB that will claim the lives of the UNBORN who remain human less, person less, soulless in the eye of the law.
