PURITY OF INNOCENCE

If we cannot fathom the plight of the refugees we can relate to the suffering and death of a child.  Many children caught up in wars and are apart of a plan to escape do not understand the why of it all.  The PURITY OF INNOCENCE knows no hate, anger, deception and the like for their pureness has yet to be corrupted by evil.  They know fear and anxiety for the people around them cannot hide the danger that bites at their heels.  They know nothing of death they have so little time in life and yet death darkens their lives.  The families of these children protect them and shelter them as much as they can but the evil of wars knows no mercy, sees no innocence, and knows only the hatred that blackens their hearts.  It is because of this, decisions by families are made in hope for better place for their PURITY OF INNOCENCE leaving all behind, for nothing matters but the children.

Unless our hearts are made of stone the seeing of a young child perhaps two or three whose body is washed up on the shore yanks the heart from our chest left bare to sorrow.  That precious child the PURITY OF INNOCENCE whose death was one of his family whose boat capsized bringing all to a watery grave.  This child may not have drowned first and this PURITY OF INNOCENCE may have been held tightly by a mother or father or an older sibling as he experienced the panic of the water rushing over him.  He hears the panic screams of his family members as they take a last gasp of air.  This precious PURITY OF INNOCENCE life succumbs from the suffocation of the water taken in by his lungs and his life lies limp in the water as the waves take him to shore face down alone and lifeless.

 

The plight of the “refugees” because of war whom are leaving their lives behind without regard to the loss of possessions, status, and the like need help.  To see them treated poorly without any basic concerns for their well being is a tragic testimony to the human race towards one another.  I understand trying to weed out the refugees from others not from worn torn countries whom are looking for a better life.  I understand being swamped by an enormous amount of people and not being able to accommodate them all but at least water, food their basic human rights.  The heartbreak is to see the PURITY OF INNOCENCE denied basic food, water, some kind of shelter, blankets against the cold of the evening.  Adults will do without more readily for their children.  Let us NOT become known as countries with governments WITHOUT PITY.

    

Governments have a way of coming up with funds at times that are frivolous and downright stupid however, when it come to the plight of society with a real need there is always a big “we cannot do this” or delays hoping the problem will go away or someone else will take up this plight.  The predictions on this problem is it may go on for years to come ten being the number being tossed around IT IS NOT GOING AWAY.  Those stepping up to the plate to help are volunteers taking money from their own pocket to do what they can, thank you!

PURITY OF INNOCENCE you are taken up on the WINGS OF ANGELS…you are home TOUCHING THE FACE OF GOD!
