MOVING…YUCK

I strongly DISLIKE moving and all that entails however, the move is good for us.  We lived in a predominately non-Christian neighborhood where there is only 1.55% Catholics and 2.5% Christians over all of a country of 1.252 billion.  My point being Christian neighbors are very far and few between.  Village life in India which I wanted to experience has been experienced. 

The new house has a better floor plan for an aging and cane dependent me.  It has a small compound wall area with a big gate so the dogs have outside play area and I can do some planting and make a small grotto and prayer corner.  The amazing like it is the St. Joseph Cathedral, which is four minutes from us by car.  There is an in progress an amazing DIVINE MERCY Shrine I cannot wait to see it finished it is almost done.  Daily Mass at 6;30 a.m., a 24-hour ADORATION CHAPEL. I already met associate priest Fr. Victor.  A note village churches where we were had irregular and last minute changes in mass schedule or cancellation.  Starting times were not regular and mass began on the attendance of the people.  

I will as you all know blog my life in this new place of my journey with Christ.  Our Lord gave us 100% on the list of what we wanted in this move.

LASTLY, Blessed New Year 2016 of moving in a powerful walk with Our Lord to you and yours.  REMEMBER Our Lord can conqueror all things and we do not have to worry or tremble in fear.  PRAY THE ROSARY; WEAR THE SCAPULAR!

I will be off the internet for one week starting January 1 2016 to move and get the house looking cool!  PRAY FOR ME!

RETURNING

  It has been at least four years since I have written anything.  My mission life came to a halt in 2018 when I became very ill while in India.  I spent two and half months in a hospital in India with a 5% chance of survival from my surgery and a 5% chance of surviving Critical Care.  I received amazing care. I was sent back to the states for further treatment especially since I lost my ability to walk.  It was physiological.  It took 9 months before I could walk but walk I did.  The surgery left me with a Colostomy which was troublesome, to say the least.  However, in June of this year, I had a colostomy reversal which was a success and all is back to normal.  I am in a Nursing Home with other medical issues.  It took me until now to accept my life here.  I am in a private room which allows me my quiet, prayer time, crocheting and interacting with friends in the home.   I decided this morning to go back to writing...I hope you will take this journey with me.   Linda Mary Liotino
